Kaelyn is a 20+ year industry veteran with a passion for creating experiences. When not working, she enjoys traveling with friends and family, watching her kids' sports activities and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

With over 18 years Culinary Experience, Chef Adam Miller honed his skills at The Culinary Institute Of America. He continues to have a passion for colorful, bright food that is ingredient focused and emphasize on sourcing locally.

Director of People Operations & Community Engagement
A proud Menominee Nation member, Dell has been in the industry for 20 years, and is CPCE-certified. Dell enjoys working with young managers and employees, and being a mentor and a resource. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and their many camping adventures in their RV.

Director of Catering
Born and raised in New Berlin, Dan has over 15 years of experience in catering and hospitality. He first realized his passion for food in the kitchen with his Grandma as a young boy and has since turned it into a career. When Dan isn't busy helping bring your event vision to life, you will likely find him on the golf course or rooting on his favorite Wisconsin sports teams.

Meet Joann Hansen, our Director of Sales & Events. With decades of experience in events and hospitality, Joann will be leading sales and venue management across Noble Catering & Events, Neat Beverage Catering, Pearl & Cade, and Brixton’s Turn.

Director of Partnerships, Community, and Client Strategy
Steph joins us as our new Director of Partnerships, Community, & Client Strategy, representing our four brands - Noble Catering & Events, Neat Beverage Catering, Pearl & Cade, and Brixton's Turn. With over a decade serving clients in events and sales, Steph can't wait to use that experience to support 41Fork's family of brands and enhance our client experience.

Executive Chef
Jamie has been in the food and beverage industry for 20 years, and yes, still loves to cook at home! Jamie and her family like to make a day of it - planning the meal, shopping around for ingredients, and preparing and enjoying the meal together. Aside from cooking, she loves birdwatching, gardening, and making cosplay props/armor with her family.

Sous Chef
Duncan brings over four years of experience with the Noble team, where he has honed his skills as a prep cook and now sous chef. His passion for cooking was sparked during his travels around the globe. Beyond work, Duncan enjoys preparing meals at home, watching sports, taking walks with his dog Freya, and watching a good movie.

Senior Sales Manager
An industry expert with over 6 years of dedication to people and creative events. When not exercising her passion for people, she can be found by the water, sipping on an old fashioned, or spending time with her dog, Juneau.

Sales & Events Manager
Adrien’s background in sports marketing and sales fueled her passion for creating memorable, personalized experiences for every kind of celebration. Adrien loves connecting with clients to bring their event visions to life. Outside of work, she enjoys watching baseball with her husband Ryan, reality TV, and reading mystery thrillers.

Operations Manager
With over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kodi has developed a deep passion for creating memorable guest experiences and bringing events to life. There is no greater reward than witnessing someone’s smile, knowing she contributed to making their day meaningful. Outside of work, you'll usually find her at the gym, or spending quality time with friends and family.

Staffing Manager
Ashley has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with museums, galleries, restaurants, breweries, and other venues. Her professional journey has deepened her passion for organizing events, enjoying excellent food, and creating memorable experiences for people. When she's not working, you can find her reading, swimming, or spending quality time outside with her dog, Loretta.

With over 25 years in the events industry, Adrienne brings deep experience from her early days with Hyatt Hotels in Chicago to serving as Director of Events with the Marcus Corporation, Milwaukee Art Museum, and Milwaukee Athletic Club.
